MECCA Wishlist

Every time I go on the Mecca website, I always end up with a long line of tabs on my explorer and I would be going "woo...", "ahh...", "I want this", "so pretty"...whenever I see something I like. The more I browse, the longer my beauty wishlist gets. It's a problem, I know.

Below are products that I have been lusting for a while - some are new products and some are releasing soon. So I thought I would show you my current Mecca wishlist, including some upcoming holiday collections.

Summer is around the corner and I'm looking for a base product that is suitable to wear day-to-day. This would be great to wear out in the sun as it has SPF 30 PA +++. I have gotten a sample of this before and I quite enjoyed it. I will definitely go back and pick this up before the weather gets too hot.

I remember hearing a Hong Kong YouTuber talked about this product in her video and I've been wanting to try it since. A balm tint with a pop of colour seems just right for summer. I personally don't like wearing too much lip products in the hot weather. I think a balm tint would be a great alternative to lipstick, as it gives you colour and keeps your lips hydrated.

I have always wanted to try this cleanser! I know this is a holy grail for so many people and it is famous among the beauty community. They say it's gentle on the face, it doesn't strip the skin and it gets the job done. Sounds like a dream to me. I will need to try it out myself, but right now I have a few cleansers waiting to be used up. This will have to wait a while. Teehee^^

Too Faced Love Flush Blush - How Deep Is Your Love? (AUD $38)

I love this blush range by Too Faced. They are quite pigmented and last about 8-9 hours on me. Some of them contain micro shimmers, which give a nice sheen to the cheeks. The packaging is just adorable and the quality of the blush is pretty good. They have 6 different shades to offer and I have collected three of them so far. 'How deep is your love' is the last one I want from the range.

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation (AUD $58)

Born This Way is a new foundation released by Too Faced, it is oil free and it is enriched with coconut water to provide hydration. Great for dry skin babies! Everyone has been raving about this foundation ever since it was released in the U.S. and I've been dying to try it. I've heard that it is good for dry skin and is comfortable to wear. I will need to go grab myself a sample to try out!

Urban Decay Revolution High-Colour Lipgloss - Liar (AUD $32)

I personally have not tried any of the UD lip products before, but many people have said that the colour pay off of these lip glosses is intense. And I've seen Julie (Haute Flashes) and Thy (Biscuits & Makeup) talking about this lip gloss on their blogs and Instagram accounts. This colour looks like a great nude to wear and one can never have enough nude lippies.

YSL Volupté Tint-In-Oil - Peach (AUD $49)

I have recently picked up this YSL Volupté Tint-In-Oil in the shade 'Cherry My Cherie' and I don't know what took me so long to jump on the bandwagon. I've heard that the darker shades leave a more obvious tint afterwards. I really like the formula and the oil kept my lips hydrated throughout the day.  Now I want more!

Urban Decay Vice 4 Palette (Releasing on 10 November at Mecca for AUD $98)

I was never into the Vice range until this year when I saw people posting about the Vice 3 palette on Instagram. UD has recently released Vice 4 in the states and this palette is inspired by oil slicks. While there are a few jewel toned shades, they have also included some great neutrals in it. After seeing Temptalia's swatches, I think this could still make a very wearable palette. Let's also have a look at the packaging, isn't it stunning? This palette will also come with a storage pouch, just like it did with the Vice 3.

Urban Decay Urban Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette (Releasing on 10 November at Mecca for AUD $89)

The colours in this palette is very similar to their 15th Anniversary Palette that was released in 2011, which I don't own. I was sold the moment I saw Temptalia's swatches. The shades are so fun - teal, blue, purple and some neutrals. The packaging of this palette is super gorgeous but I won't recommend you travel with it. If you take out the eyeshadow pans, the inside of the box is fully lined with fabric so you could it as a storage for your bits and bobs or jewellery.

These are the products on my current wishlist. Can you tell that makeup palette and packaging are my biggest weaknesses? I cannot wait for the November to come, so we get to check out all the holiday collections. What is on your wishlist? Any holiday collection must haves?
